The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    ThermalRoll.com offers FREE shipping on any item on our website; no minimum, no codes, no magic combination of cases, no tricks. You do not need to "mix and match" anything.  Orders ship via Ground shipping within the lower 48 contiguous United States. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders; generally speaking our orders ship via UPS.  For larger volume orders please see our Standard Truck “LTL shipping below.

    Standard Truck / Freight Line "LTL" (less than truckload) Shipping

    Volume orders, typically over 500 pounds ship via standard truck, freight line “LTL” (less than truckload) carriers. Volume orders shipping LTL include free delivery to a commercial/business address and not to a residential location. Additional charges may apply for volume orders shipped LTL to a residential address or business in a remote location. Orders shipped via LTL freight line are delivered curbside or loading dock. (Example: additional charges may be required for inside delivery or lift-gate). Customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries. If an order will be delivered via LTL freight line, we may contact you to arrange a window of time for delivery, inform you of any potential charge or any additional information required to smoothly complete and deliver your order. The LTL carrier may also contact you directly once the order has shipped, to gain any further information needed.

    Hazardous and Other Items: Glassware and Hazmat items may also incur delivery surcharges because of the additional handling and processing time to ship these items. Due to federal and state shipping regulations, some items cannot be shipped via plane. These items can only be shipped using the UPS Standard Ground delivery service.

    If your order requires any additional surcharge ThermalRoll.com will contact you prior to shipment for approval.

    Shipping Locations

    ThermalRoll.com delivers products to most customers in one day. All orders ship from the closest of our national distribution warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. This may result in you receiving your order at different times if you ordered more than 1 item. We are not set-up for in-warehouse pick-ups at this time. If you are located in the Tampa Bay, Florida area we will likely deliver your order with our own truck.

    We currently ship from California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania and Illinois. The list of locations we ship from is growing rapidly. Our goal is to deliver our products faster and for less money than you have ever experienced from an on-line retailer before.  



  • Sales Tax

    ThermalRoll.com (a Force Imaging Group, LLC Company) charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site to any location within the state of Florida.



  • Return Policy

    Our goal is 100% satisfaction. We are here to help if you are not completely satisfied. Please contact customer service at 888-406-2120 within 30 days of purchase.

    To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met:

    1. All returns for credit must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ThermalRoll.com to send merchandise back.

    2. All packages must be sent to ThermalRoll.com double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice.

    3. All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in re-saleable condition and include all parts, accessories and/or manuals.

    4. Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect will be subject to a minimum processing fee of 15% of the product price.

    5. Any additional delivery surcharges will not be reimbursed.

    6. Partially used merchandise will not be accepted back at ThermalRoll.com.
